Urban Mining Tech Rescue

In full crisis mode, I went to four different places and called three different companies about an issue with my Mac. Two were Apple and Best Buy who both were “too overloaded to help” faster than two weeks from now even though both said my issue “needed to be dealt with as soon as possible. ” On one phone call, I was told I should basically throw my MacBook in the trash because there isn’t a solution for what is happening. Urban Mining was my last stop as a shot in the dark. Next time- they’ll be my first. After being dismissed and shut down all day, these people walked me through my issue, and came up with realistic options for me. No, they didn’t immediately solve it- but they have me really hopeful steps toward a fix and a back up plan if it doesn’t work out. Most importantly- they spoke to me with respect and wanted to help.
