Welcome to my profile. My name is Kawehi (kah-veh-hee), I am originally from Hawai'i where I started Upward Hapa Yoga & Wellness but have been living in Denver for over 2 years now.

The services I offer are of course YOGA, Sculpt fitness, Nutrition coaching, Children's Yoga, and Corporate Wellness Courses.

I specialize in helping all abilities from young children to dedicated fitness gurus. Anyone who is willing to put in the work and want to change their lives for the healthier and better.
