What an amazing company! Unleashed K9 was one of the many company’s I looked into around the country for training for my 9month old Belgian Malinois. I spoke with their head trainer Kenneth and his knowledge was Paramount in my decision for choosing a Board and Train 500 miles away! After my dog remi went through their 4 week advance program I couldn’t have been more pleased with the results. The level of obedience that my dog learned was Astounding! Received a response back from my inquiry within 24 hours. My husband and I met with Kenneth and he did an evaluation with our German Shepherd. He spend quality time with us going over the program/training. He answered all our questions and he asked questions as to what was our goal with our dog. What do you love most about your job?
My favorite aspect of my job is when the client brings their dog to our program totally undisciplined and destructive with many issues and then when the client comes to pick up their dog at there go home lesson. The smile I see on our clients face, the emotions the clients express, all because our staff put 100% into their dog becoming the best version it can be with a total new demeanor and obeys everything on the first command.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I worked for many other dog training companies starting out and saw the lack of honesty and integrity in the what the customers where described that was involved in their dogs day to day training. Here at Unleashed K9 we come up with a comprehensive individualized training plan for each dog and our very transparent, that way the trainer and the client are on the same page from day one! We also separate ourselves by the amount of time each day the dog is spent with his or her trainer to insure the dog becomes classically conditioned to its markers, all while sending progress videos to our clients to show the dogs improvement throughout their training program.
Why should our clients choose you?
We dont take short cuts or use harmfull training techneques on our dogs. We use state of the art training that includes reward based methods. We know how to properly introduce the E-collar in a way that the dog understands what we are asking of it by doing the leg work of luring and leash and collar work that many company skip before introducing the E-collar.

All former clients of Unleashed K9 LLC have access to the head trainer kenneth for the life span of the dog! Just because your dogs stay with us has come to an end, doesnt mean thats the last you will hear of us. We offer follow up appointments with our board and trains programs to ensure success and transition from kennel to home. Kenneth is always available by phone or email to help with any new issues or new behaviors that come about down the road once the dog has gone home. Kenneth will do free zoom calls or follow up lessons for any former clients that have purchased a service from Unleashed K9 LLC.
Board and train
Unleashed k9 board and train allows your dog to receive the adequate repetition needed to instill good behaviors.
Please note: All dogs must be 16 weeks of age and/or have completed all vaccinations including Kennel Cough
Basic Level Board & Train( 2 weeks ) - $2450.
Our most basic training where your dog will “learn how to learn.” Your pet will now have a system of communication and work ethic.
Your pet will learn several new training skills including: Sit, Down, Rest, Wait, Come Through, Go Through (Door/Threshold Manners), Recall, A Release Command, Leave It and more.
Your dog will have 4 - 5 training sessions throughout the day as well as 2 supervised play periods with other dogs
Includes an intensive 1.5 hour “go home” lesson with your dog’s trainer as well as two follow-up sessions at unleashed Canine to reinforce good behavior.
Intermediate Board & Train
( 3 weeks ) - $2950
Initial two-weeks of training is the same as the basic board and train described above. Third and final week includes E-Collar training for off-leash obedience reinforcement (pricing does not include cost of E-Collar technology).
Includes 1.5 hour “go home” lesson as well as three follow-up sessions at unleashed Canine for training reinforcement.
Advanced Board & Train( 4 weeks) - $3850
Our four-week program is our most complete package. The three week program with the fourth week to enhance and reinforce all of the previous weeks. It is the ideal amount of time to really get the full benefit of our training methodology
At the end of the four weeks you will schedule a 2 hour “go home” lesson as well as 4 follow-up sessions at unleashed k9 Canine for training reinforcement.
Maintenance Board & Train(1 week) - $850
For pets who have already completed Basic Board and Train, but could use a refresher course of basic training skills. This one week program includes 2-3 training sessions throughout the day as well as 2 supervised play periods with other dogs.

When it comes to training, we believe that establishing communication for both the dog and owner is the key to success. We’ve developed a learning method based initially on positive reinforcement (food, toys and praise). At the appropriate stage of training, we use negative reinforcers to teach the dog consequences of unwanted behavior. In the end, it’s about creating a mutual understanding between dog and owner that will last a lifetime. We have multiple programs that fit a variety of training needs- anything from civilian, sport, military, protection and law enforcement. We welcome any and all breeds to our training program.
Private lessons
On-Site Training
We offer training sessions with are lead instructor at Unleashed Canine. These plans include five one-hour lessons with one of our staffed trainers.
Basic - $650
Includes five one-hour sessions with one of our staffed trainers.
Ideal for new puppies or dogs that haven’t received any training or older dogs needing a refresher course
Your dog will learn leash training, manners, housebreaking plus basic commands such as “sit, “down,” and “here.”
Basics for Puppies- $650
Includes five one-hour sessions with one of our staffed trainers.
Geared towards the abilities of a puppy as young as 8 weeks. The busy puppy translates into a young dog that can easily develop bad habits and become a nuisance to the family, so it is important to direct the natural energy and curiosities of the dog into practical training and living scenarios.
Continuing Education - $100/ per one hour session
For dogs who have trained with us before, we offer single sessions at Unleashed K9 to brush up on any training.
