Q&As

The fundamental level of neuromuscular health is good posture. The first step with my clients is to identify and resolve postural issues that are creating aching muscles and joints. I provide a comprehensive program of self-myofascial release, stretching, and corrective exercise. Beyond the corrective phase, I coach my clients in how to become stronger while becoming more flexible through carefully balancing the musculoskeletal system.

Self-awareness, both in terms of bodily awareness and psychological awareness of one's self-destructive habits. Secondly, to continually stoke the burning fire of motivation to make real, permanent change.

I love the "light-bulb moments" when a client reaches a new level of understanding of her/himself and when they are easily able to perform a movement that was previously too difficult.

I wanted to offer more than yoga-flavored aerobics and watered-down meditation techniques. I wanted to dedicate all of my labor to healing and strengthening people.

I possess excellent skills in yoga, meditation, and personal training that I can deploy to achieve the client's goals. While I take my work very seriously, I have a sense of humor that makes each session fun.
