I have had two events catered by them. One was a formal gala 70th birthday with over 100 guests and the other a private corporate party with 25 guests. Presentation and quality of food is superb and beyond any other caterer in Orlando...I have tried MOST!!! Always a job well done!!! More...

Everything we experienced with Unique was incredible. Jessica is so kind and calming, she eased my anxiety the week of the wedding and offered so much help I did not expect! Chef is amazing and was very flexible when we asked for a small change to a recipe, no hesitation to say yes! The day of, the staff did an incredible job of being everywhere and making sure our wedding flowed perfectly. They were fantastic keeping everything flowing, the bar stocked, and catered specifically to me and my husband making sure we ate and drank (they brought us water during pictures and food while my dress was being bustled to ensure we ate!) and had everything we needed. Wow! My wife and I were on the search for a caterer for a small wedding with specific tastes in mind. When Chef Jose Candelaria invited us for a tasting, we were immediately blown away! We were absolutely pleased with the quality of food and service that he and his team provided for us at our wedding but we were astonished by how affordable his prices are. Chef Candelaria took his time with us and presented us with a menu and tasting that immediately drew us to him. His prices are unbelievable and I have to say, that if Unique Catering wanted to charge more for their food and service, they would absolutely have a right to do so based on our experience with them. Our wedding was on March 31st, 2018 and without Unique Catering and Chef Jose Candelaria and his team, our day would not have been as successful as it was. We selected Unique Events Catering for our wedding and we couldn't be happier about our choice. Chef Jose did everything he could to make sure our menu was exactly the way we wanted it---right down to making traditional Colombian empanadas and Maryland crab cakes as hors d'oeuvres. The food was absolutely mouthwatering and perfect---and for 150 people! We can't count the number of guests that have told us we had the best food they've ever had at a wedding.
