I used Under the Moon Pet Care for the first time last April for my cat, Tim. Sarah's attention to detail and care for Tim was exceptional. It was clear that she took great care of my Tim and gave him all the attention that he needed while I was out of the country. I appreciated receiving updates on his well being and Sarah keeping up with cleaning the litter box and all the other daily pet necessities. We took two trips within a month, each about a week long. Sarah covered both care schedules masterfully, even icy weather couldn't stop her! The first time we met her she gave our three cats so much attention, learning their routines and preferences so they would be comfortable without us. Even though we had prepared some emergency contacts, she went a step further to ensure emergency vet visits would be handled to our wishes - we were thoroughly impressed with her preparedness and foresight to make sure every possible scenario had a contingency plan. Sara was great! Sherlock, my kitty took to her immediately. Cortez took a little longer but he is the shy one of the two cats. Sara was friendly, asked great questions and was very professional. I did not hesitate to have her take care of our precious kitties. She posted pictures of the cats so we could see how happy they were with their new friend. I would highly recommend Sara . More...

Sarah helped take care of my two dogs, a husky and shepherd mix, during a week of 10+ hour work days. She dropped in mid day to let them out for a potty break and play with them. Sarah took our sweet little mean dog Josey for a few walks while we were away and our regular housesitter needed coverage and I highly recommend her service. She was very professional, asked good questions that showed she knows what she's doing and - most importantly - had the best first meeting with our dog I've ever seen. Josey's a border collie and is easily overstimulated, but remained very relaxed and happy with Sarah. Sarah emailed us after each walk and it was a pleasure doing business with her. More...

Sarah has taken care of our dog and cat for three multi-overnight stays plus several dog walks. She does a great job. Sarah is dependable and thorough. She makes sure she knows all the details and is very safety conscious. She has a great rapport with our two pets. Sarah texts updates and pictures regularly. All she does for us and our pets gives a great feeling of security - our pets are in very capable hands.
