Been going to this gym for 30 years. Many different owners. This is the best so far. Staff is friendly, non judgmental and don’t cause drama like the last owner and staff did. These owners keep it all business. They come in, actually talk to the customers and act on their promises. Take care of any issues right away. I like the crowd and other gym rats. Everyone gets along. Not a big deal but my only complaint is the music never changes. It’s the same ALL the time. But I’m in there a lot so most people probably don’t even care. More...

The staff has blended a friendly atmosphere with a professional approach to training neophytes ,as well as ,the serious life lifters/martial art participants. Been going to this gym for 6 yrs
The owner won’t turn the ac down for fitness classes.
People r overheated, feel faint, and sometimes leave class
People and instructors request the ac to b turned down for classes and no action is taken
Very disappointed with this gym
Temp ranges from 68-73

I have been at this gym for 2 years now. It is a great gym. They have personal trainers available that are friendly and always willing to answer your questions.
The staff is friendly and helpful. I used to belong to a franchise gym, this gym has less fluff than the franchise gym which for me is good. If you want a gym to just workout it is a great place.
They have a variety of classes and training for those who want UFC training.
They also have 24 hour access for those who work different hours.
