I can't say enough good things about Mark and his team at Turn Key Remodel. They came highly recommended to me from a neighbor and now I'm recommending them. They were on time, on budget and very flexible with our needs and schedule. There were a couple minor issues and they fixed those right away. Our kitchen remodel turned out beautiful and we couldn't be happier. Mark is very professional and reliable. He went out of his way to find a certain style of cabinets we wanted and came up with some great ideas that really elevated the whole design. Turn Key Remodel was truly a pleasure to work with. I had a 285 square foot upstairs room addition which is not a simple feat, but the owner Mark and his team did an amazing job. In addition to their quality workmanship and competitive pricing, for me Turn Key Remodel's greatest asset is that Mark and his team were very responsive to any questions or issues I had throughout that construction process. I would usually get a response back the same day, or if I had an inquiry late in the day, someone would get back to me the next morning. If it was a small issue, then one of Mark's team would get back to me in a timely manner, but if it was a larger questions or issue, Mark would call me himself. The most important qualities of a home remodel contractor are: quality of work, knowledge and professionalism, trust and reliability, fair pricing, and scheduling. Turnkey meets all of these! Everyone involved from the owner Mark, to the lead contractor Tom, to the architect Sam, were all great guys. They were friendly, patient, fair, honest, and professional. They all took the time to explain things and be very flexible with what we wanted and what they could do to make that happen. The quality of work was very good and the pricing was very competitive. Our project finished ahead of schedule and the whole process went very smoothly. I highly recommend Turnkey if you're looking for good quality work from good quality guys. They installed new tile and flooring in multiple rooms along with some tricky mirrored closet doors. They also did some painting work that came out just right! I had removed a hanging cabinet in my kitchen over my peninislua and once the cabinet was removed we noticed there was areas of the ceiling that needed to be retextured to match with the current ceiling. After Turn Key Remodel came in, you'd never even know there was a cabinet that used to be there because the ceiling texture was done flawlessly.

Turn Key Remodel recently completed a major remodel of our living areas - Kitchen, Family Room, Living Room, Entry Hall as well as our entire hallway (the whole project covered 70% of the floor space in our house). It was the first such major remodel that we had ever done in 35 years of marriage, so there “should have been” a lot of uncertainty…but not with Mark Apicella and Turn Key Remodel on the job. The success started with good communication and a highly trustworthy approach by Mark. The entire team that worked on the project was very professional and also really efficient, so things moved as fast as possible. All of the workers were extremely careful to accommodate our family and be as flexible as possible as we continued to live in the house throughout the project – they all seemed to become part of the family! The quality of the work they have done is extraordinary and it was only matched with the degree of diligence they provided to ensure that every detail was successfully handled, both during the on-going project and all the way to the completion of every single detail at the completion of the project. Another key part of Mark’s Turn Key Remodel extended team, Anne Roberts, President of Drayton Designs, played an integral role in the success of the project by providing us with outstanding design ideas and hand-holding through a series of key decisions that would have proven really difficult without her expert assistance.

When comparing the work done by Mark’s team – and the name Turn Key really applies, as they do everything we could have possibly needed – the level of quality and the positive experience we have had are unparalleled by comparison with others who have worked at our house. After three contractors (yes THREE) completely ripped me off by either vanishing and never finishing work or doing such shoddy work that everything they did needed to be torn out and re-done. I called Mark in a panic. He almost immediately sent over some guys who in a few short days redid or repaired ALL the work (concrete patio, exterior stucco, paint, you name it). This is my first time using Turn Key Remodel and certainly will not be my last. Mark Apicella the owner/general contractor was professional in every aspect of the whole process. He returned my call and came out to my home promptly, gave me a fair bid after having his painting supervisor do a thorough inspection of the wood damage and paint needed.

Not only was Mark very professional, but the crew. They were extremely hard working. Did a great job of cleaning up at the end of each day. Also eased my worries by conveying that they would not only fix all the wood damage, but match their paint up to blend with my existing patio paint.

I would highly recommend Turn Key Remodel for not only the excellent work they did, but the outstanding customer service they provided. I plan on using them for future work since they surpassed my expectations and are so knowledgeable in all areas of remodel .

My wife and I recently contracted with Turn Key Remodel to have our kitchen upgraded with granite counters, travertine tile backsplash, and under cabinet lighting.  We must say to anyone reading this review that the quality and workmanship far exceeded our expectations.  We could not be happier with the transformation of our kitchen.  The granite has outstanding motion, the travertine added the perfect contrast, and the under cabinet lighting brought it all together.Working with Mark Apicella was effortless.  He helped us with the design, material selection, and color combinations.  This was very helpful, as we have never tackled a kitchen remodel before. Turn Key remodeled our kitchen very quickly. They refaced our cabinets and built a new cabinet to match. They replaced our outdated counter tops with granite and installed our new under mount sink. Turn Key Remodel refurbished my home as well as added 400 sqft to the floor plan. The built a new kitchen, family room, remodeled the master suite and bathroom. Replaced all windows and installed canned lighting and refloated the ceilings.
