I have been extremely happy with the trainer Trey!

Initially I had Trey work with my Belgian Malinois with a few two hour lessons which did wonders for my dog. I then decided to board my dog with Trey for a week. I found Tune-up Pup through Bark and I have to say that it was such a great decision. When I first got my puppy, he was showing a lot of signs of aggression, territorial possessiveness, and disobedience. With Trey, we have been able to have get my puppy to trust in me as the leader more and he now responds to commands, shows less aggression, and has been able to socialize better amongst humans. Trey was fantastic. He spent an hour and 45 minutes with my husband and I and our teenage puppy who had become quite a punk! Treys knowledge and ability to connect with both dog and owner was extremely impressive. He helped us immediately with a few big behavior issues Boone was displaying and several other smaller issues - but most significantly shared and demonstrated his firm, yet fair and kind knowledge and approach to dog training and setting us up for success. Phenomenal experience! I was getting pretty stressed out with an increasingly reactive dog that I had to walk multiple times a day due to living in an apartment complex. He was able to calm my dog quickly and start breaking down her behaviors, and taught me how to do the same. Trey is excellent! My pup Bailey responded very well & I learned a whole lot also. Trey observes. & then trains dog &owner on items that are happening between the puppy & owner. Very hands on, real life learning. He gets dogs but he also gets people! Excellent at his job! Everyone is comfortable Your energy goes into learning for for the pup &owner. I am so glad I took this step & got the help we both needed. Trey even comes with equipment to aid in the training. Leashes he has designed himself. Good luck Trey getting the patten for your leash! Trey our sanity savior is what we’re calling him…. he has been absolutely amazing, our two golden doodle dogs were totally out of control….

Trey is super awesome! He started the training right at the moment he stepped in. He is very patient with my son , who is not very good at listening. ;-) I went to a pet store for puppy class before. 1 session with Trey will save you 10 sessions of those puppy class. Trey is the best trainer I've met. He explains how to train your dog in such a way that it's so easy to understand. It makes so much sense! He provides you with the tools and knowledge to work with and train your dog after he leaves. Follow up videos refresh your mind and help you to correct and train not only the owner but also your dog. I truly love the fact that he works with the whole family so they can support and be consistent in training in the same way.

I have learned so much with our 1st visit. Was amazed on how easy it was for Trey to have my pup Dallas follow his commands . Within the first 5 minutes of Trey meeting Dallas he had him sitting and calm laying at his feet. It’s not only training for Dallas but also training for myself.
