Wonderful service. Â I had a friend call me from the ICU in Palm Springs. He had no one in town to help. He had his phone but no charger. Â In less than 30 minutes Mike had gone to a store, bought a charger and delivered it to the hospital room for me. Â Great job! This is customer service at its best. More...

If there was a way to give Mike 10 stars, or 500 stars, or a million, I would. Absolutely fantastic phenomenal professional courteous and outstanding service. Anything u could ever ask for in a courier, it's him. I was in a serious bind (work related) and contacted him in a somewhat panicked mode (left something at a hotel in his area, and I live out of town) and he not only stepped up to help but did so in an absolutely fantastic and timely manner. I'd trust him with any job, big or small. He should have shown up with a cape on, super hero status. (This was no easy task btw. Not just a simple long boring drive. Quick delivery. Offered status of order via text and email. Food was delivered fast. I just wish the menu offered descriptions as far as what came on each item. I ordered breakfast sandwiches and they had lettuce and tomatoes but no cheese. Wish I wouldve known so I could've altered my order. Overall good service. More...

I stayed at a hotel without a car in Palm Springs. I wanted to relax and not worry about leaving hotel for meals. I used Trypps all weekend and was set. Ordering was easy and there were plenty of food options. Employees delivering food were really friendly. Mike, the owner answered emails quickly and was super helpful. Went on vacay out in Palm Springs and it seems most of their stores mostly don't offer delivery service and was a bummer but we found TRYPPS food delivery service and we got our food in appropriate timing and food was warm and the driver was very communicative! Called us to verify our order and suite number and even texted the status of our food! Definitely recommend TRYPPS! More...
