I had and amazing experience at Truthful Soul Yoga! I did a class with both Deron and Terry and enjoy both of them. Being a beginner, I never felt intimidated by the movements they called the class into, I alspo greatly appreciated thier correction, when necessary, with my consent of course :). How do you help your clients achieve their fitness goals?
I help them set goals and keep them accountable. I make sure they continue to focus on their goal so they can keep it at the forefront of their mind.
What’s the secret to getting the body of your dreams?
Having the right mindset. You can't see yourself achieving great results when you're , your biggest critic. Be your greatest supporter instead!
What do you love most about your job?
I love the people I meet. Every person I teach also teaches me.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I had friends who told me I had a unique gift in helping people and that I had great knowledge about fitness and yoga. I wanted to do something I'd love to do every day that I didn't need to call "work."

I put my clients first. My goal is for them to get better each and every day and to gain more knowledge and wisdom about themselves that will impact their life positively.
