I've been using Chris as my trainer for a little over 3 months now. He's an at home trainer but since I live a little too far we do our sessions online via zoom. It's been super easy and very convenient. My work schedule has gotten a little more hectic lately so Chris has been extremely flexible and accommodating with my schedule. He doesn't let you give up easily and it would have been easy for me to stop altogether if he hadn't been willing to work with me. I definitely recommend him to anyone wanting to get in shape. Chris has been a blessing! Hired him to help my mom Dec 2016, they do 30 min sessions 3 times a week. My mom has COPD & is a diabetic. Chris has helped w/ everything from her diet, nutritional education, custom weekly workouts to sports massage. She even breathes better! I have been working with True Edge fitness for about 3 weeks now. I am 100% satisfied! I am thrilled that Chris comes to my house so I cannot avoid working out, like I am prone to do. I am motivated for my workout every time. Chris really cares about his clients and works hard to make sure you push as hard as you can during the workout to get as much out of it as you can. He tailors your workout to your needs and fitness level but always wants to challenge you to do better. My fiance and I really enjoy working out with Chris 3 nights a week. It's so convenient working out at home and not having to get a sitter. It's quick, and takes away those excuses not to work out. He is willing to work with you and get you working out when it's most convenient for your day. This is absolutely the best way to go!!!! Chris is absolutely the best. Chris helped motivate me, the work out was easy and showed awesome results. Not only did he have great workouts but helped when it came to what to eat and what not to eat. He is definitely the best out there, he's not like most trainers just looking for a paycheck, he wants to see everyone of his patients succeed and will do whatever it takes to get you there! Chris has been my trainer for well over a year. He motivates me, inspires me to eat better, and customizes my workouts to help me achieve my individual goals. He also trains my teenage son. My teenager and I have very different fitness goals. Chris makes sure we are each working towards our individual goals, by tailoring our workouts, all the while we are having fun. I have never followed through with any health/fitness plan before now. I give up and throw in the towel before I even have a chance to break a sweat. I am now finishing up my first month of having Chris as my personal trainer, and I feel great! Having Chris come to my home three times a week, is the perfect way to work out. There are no excuses, because he comes to you! Chris doesn't let you give up and keeps you motivated throughout the work out. Chris even goes the extra mile and monitors and comments on your food intake. This has really helped me become reflective over what I eat each day. Chris is an amazing trainer. I’ve lost 54 lbs in 7 months, but more importantly, I feel fantastic! He switches it up so it’s never boring, and tailors the workouts to my goals. Chris' knowledge and technique in this arena are next level and actually saved my life. I had heart problems when I first met Chris, heart problems that I was not aware of. I did know that I was overweight and taking blood pressure medication. After going through Chris' program for a few months, I've dropped more than 40 lbs and no longer have high blood pressure nor do I need to ingest the attendant medication that goes along with that malady. I did suffer and survive a heart attack and the fact that I am alive is directly attributable to Chris' program. During his rigorous workouts, I developed what is known as a "collateral arterial system" that actually grew out of my "widow maker artery" (one of the three major arteries that run directly into your heart) that allowed for blood to get around the blockage and allowed me to survive a heart attack that would have killed me and most other people. As the Cardiologist explained to me, Arnold Schwarzenegger could survive a heart attack every night where as a normal person can't because normal people haven't built up the vascular system that Arnold has.Now, I am no Arnold Schwarzenegger, but thanks to Chris I was able to survive a 95% occluded "widow maker artery" and a heart attack that lasted 3 days (or three little heart attacks that lasted one day each, sequentially).Either way "True Edge" is indeed a proper moniker for what Chris has going on over there because his knowledge, motivational prowess and attention to personal detail are unmatched and arrive with my strongest recommendation.Tommy Smith40 lbs lighter, full of energy and not walking around waiting to die....out, active and living life again thanks to Chris. Before I found Chris I had used about every method to lose weight and achieve my goals.From day one Chris believed in me and kept me motivated. In 2.5 I was out of the obese category and this is just the beginning. His system really works and I don't have to have to step foot in a gym or even leave my home.
