I am so happy I went with Troy and his company. This was my first adventure sending out multiple request for quotes on yelp. A few companies responded with quotes via text from pictures. I'm so glad Troy took the time to come out and actually look at my trees. A landscaper had hacked my beautiful Palo Verde in the front yard and as a result another limb had come down. But Troy had pointed out to me that my tree was in the beginning stages of bug infestation.  Had I went with the lowest bid and just had my trees trimmed the results would've been tragic down the road. His price for treating both trees and trimming them was right in line with all the other prices. He is staff was on time and they were friendly and courteous and did a professional job. Called 3 Tree Services for Estimates; Troy came as promised to our house and walked the property and took plenty of notes to point his "Team" to what I wanted. Gave me a fair estimate on the spot; Scheduled his crew for the following week.The Crew consisted of David and Michael; both very nice young men;They did the work as requested in a very professional manner; cleaned up everything after the work was done; Also, we had some trimmings and brush for Trash PU and the Trash said no can do; Michael put it all in his grinder Machine and cleaned it all up.Overall an excellent experience; will use again without exception. Also, good to know, They are insured; bonded and have workman's comp ins.Further, I learned from Troy, that Gardner's are only allowed to trim trees up to 12 Feet; otherwise need a Tree License! Troy and his team are great, honest reliable, knowledgeable and reasonable pricing. Troy arrived on time for our scheduled appointment, he actually took the time to look at my trees, really look it them. Once he was finished checking them out, he explained my options and once decided what I'd do, we made the arrangement. He sent his team over and they did an excellent job. I was not home when they completed the job and was a bit overwhelmed with the loss of my poor trees, I found myself a tad upset with the amount taken off my Sumac Tree. I phone and spoke with a very kind gal on the phone and she reassured me that my tree would have new growth, soon. I in-fact do have new growth, as this review is late. Overall, I'm very impressed by the quality of work that was done for us by Troy's Tree Service! My only small complaint is that the communication was a little spotty. I have had my Friday appointment scheduled since Monday. Today, Friday, nobody showed up so I finally called and the woman I spoke with (who was very friendly) said an unexpected incident had occurred and we would need to reschedule which I was fine with so I rescheduled my appointment for a different day and specified that I didn't want people in our yard at a time when myself or my boyfriend weren't home. Well, at about 5 I went upstairs to shower and heard my dog barking and when I came downstairs, they had let themselves into my backyard and began cutting our palm trees. Although I was confused and a little upset because I had no notice that they were coming today, I didn't make a fuss because like I said above they did an excellent job. They were quick and efficient and our palm trees look great! The price they charged was also excellent and very affordable. I just had two large trees removed at my property. Troy's crew showed up on time with all the right tools, trucks, branch shredders/mulcher for the job. They worked hard until the job was completed. All of them were very courteous and professional. My opinion was that they did an excellent job at a price that I felt was very fair. I picked them because of the good reviews that previous clients left before me. I am paying that forward by validating myself as another happy customer. I would highly recommend them for your work. My experience with Troy's Tree Service was absolutely wonderful. They responded very quickly to my request for an estimate through Yelp. They gave the most competitive pricing of the four businesses that yelp recommended for bids. They were able to come out quickly and were very professional and knowledgeable in their service. Their employees did a great job trimming a very large tree in my front yard and the smaller tree in the back. I was even more impressed with their cleanup, as they blew all of the leaves from my backyard and patio and walkway, even the ones that were unrelated to their trimming services. I will make this short and sweet. I have a rental house in Las Vegas and I live in California. I requested on Yelp some quotes to have my trees and bushes trimmed. Troy contacted me immediately and I had a quote from him in less than 24 hours. His quote was less than everyone else's so I chose his company. His folks came out, performed the work, and their work was exceptional. There was one tree I wanted to have trimmed a little more, contacted Troy and no problem, it was fixed the next day. A neighbor recommended Troy's Tree Service, so we called them to have our Palo Verde righted and trimmed. They requested some photos and provided an estimate over the phone.  After agreeing to the estimate they scheduled the appointment for later in the day.  The two arborists arrived on-time and proceeded to fix the tree.  After propping up the tree and ensuring it remained upright, they trimmed the tree, gave me some pointers and then cleaned up the trimmings and saw dust. For some reason this review never posted! So here is my review from a few months ago. After a mishap with a previous tree company, I decided to give this company a chance. Troy came to my house and gave us a quote and military discount since my boyfriend is a veteran. He was able to schedule us within the same week, which we were happy with! The guys came today, really friendly and did the job right away. They were quick and did such an awesome job, that we decided to pay a bit more in order to have the guys tipped for their work. After the nasty storms, I had tree damage and also needed to address an old pine tree hanging over the house.  Out of the 5 requests I made on Yelp Troy was the first one to get back to me.  His price was incredibly reasonable so I went with him. The work took 2 days but his workers were beyond phenomenal!!! Professional, courteous and did a job that left me completely happy.  I no longer fear the old pine toppling onto my house. I called Troy and he came right out and gave me an estimate which I thought was a very reasonable price. After getting approvals from neighbors and my 2 HOA's, I called Troy again to set a date for removal of 2 palm trees. He was able to get to it within 2 days.
