I totally recommend Nick for all your personal training and group exercise needs. He has helped me reach goals with his can do attitude and disciplined approach. I also invited friends of mine for group training. Nick will schedule your session timely, he will be cognizant of any pre-existing injuries or health needs and modify your plan to help you succeed. This is by far the best training you can get. I've tried so many different workouts and diets and I wasn't motivated by any of them. Having been heavily involved with bodybuilding for the last 7 years or so, I've seen my fair share of fitness "experts" and witnessed the havoc that drive-by personal trainers can wreak upon unsuspecting clients who are honestly looking to make a change in their lifestyle. Samantha trains me and showed me how to eat healthy meals.
Every week she inspires me by communicating what ingredients for healthy meals I need buy to cook with and an estimate of how much the meals costs (that way I have no excuse to skip out on clean food).
My body felt the difference of how good eating right was within my first week of following her customized plan.
I am not much of a work out fanatic but her workout layout designed for me (to keep me looking trim) is achievable.
She is also motivational for a stubborn person like me.
I also asked her to call my cell phone in the mornings for the extra push until my body adjusted to early rising.
I don't know which I was happier to see:
Seeing Samantha, and reporting my calorie intake with progress photos ....or seeing my body change for the better! :)
I'd recommend Samantha in a heartbeat, she knowledgeable and got my body frame where I wanted it to be and how to maintain it.

I take private sessions with Nick and when I first started I had just suffered from a shoulder injury. He kept me motivated and set up a custom program that worked my core and cardio. He also included macros and nutritional guidelines and helped me rehab my shoulder with special exercises and stretches. Now my shoulder is better and we are working on strength, definition and boxing training. I am very happy with the results and highly recommend Nick to anyone looking to get into shape or anyone that's fit but wants to get to the next level!! I’ve worked out with Nicholas Kaplan for the past four years now, he really knows how to get results. Previously I had tried to do it on my own and I had other trainers that got me fit yet never as fit as I had been well training with Nicolas. You will not regret utilizing his expertise.
