We're a small private personal training studio located in Beacon. Our sessions run in small group format, still with the ability to give that personal attention and detail. We've been ij business for 10 years now and have a track record for getting results.

Since I started my strength training program at TSA I have never felt better in my entire life. I feel more energized, I am stronger than ever and I look better than I have in years. Hands down Lou is the best Trainor I have ever worked with. When I started a year ago I was tottaly out of shape both mind and body. It’s a total package Lou puts together for you. Hands down the best gym in the Hudson Valley, I have spent the majority of my adult life as a couch potatoe, but as my 36th Birthday approached I knew I had to make some changes in my life. It took several months of being in my head before I came across an ad on Facebook offering a 21 day jumpstart program, offered by Triumph Stregnth and Athletics. After battling work related back pain, I decided 2018 would be the year I got healthy. Was excited to find TSA Basicly in our back yard here in Beacon. Met Lou for a brief consultation and a had a good feeling about this gym. 4 months later I have finally broke my streak of starting and quitting work outs and am loving every session at TSA. I've been going to Triumph Strength Athletic for about 3 months. The results have been amazing. I managed to cut out about 12 min off my 5k time. Have been training at Triumph Strength & Athletics for a couple months and can not say enough about my experience working with Lou Torres. Lou is a dedicated trainer who cares about his students drive, performance and goals. He knows exactly what he is is doing to produce results and the muscle gained/fat lost over the past few weeks is a testament to just that. My nagging sport injuries and lower back pain have been silenced from Lou's targeted strength training and resistance movements. Triumpth is such a great thing for young athletes to be a part of. I joined when I was a freshman in high school and it was one of the best decisions of my life. It is perfect because Lou, the head trainer, will work with you to help you understand how to have proper form and become truly stronger. You won't do the potentially dangerous one rep maxes that high school kids will want to do because Triumph isn't about moving the most weight possible. I went in to the gym with specific goals in mind and they have more than been met. There is a perfect balance between working hard and making improvements but not being hounded when life occasionally gets in the way. In short time I've been attending, I've gone 3 days a week and running 2 days a week for approximately 6 months and I've gotten faster, more endurance and lost 20 lbs. Would definitely recommend to anyone but especially those that have specific goals or limitations. More...

I cannot speak highly enough of this gym. For the first time in a while, I move things around in my schedule to make sure I get to the gym, and have recently made the commitment to go more often because it is that good. Every training session is a little different, which keeps it exciting and also prevents any progress plateau. As someone who appreciates the science behind everything I do, Lou is so knowledgeable about every movement, which allows me to maximize my workouts. I can't say enough good things about this gym and the people who run it. Not everyone has the same workout goals but Lou and his team are dedicated to providing individual support each step of the way. Not only have I noticed changes in my strength and body since signing up about two months ago, but I truly have a great time when I am there. The workouts are fun and before I know it an hour goes by in a flash. They always see my potential beyond what I think I am capable of and challenge me in all of the right ways. I've been working with Lou for about 10 month now. Before training at TSA I trained on my own. Having a health background helped me with my form and workout choices. A few years back I was infected with Lyme. I could not workout for a year and when I started working out I would seem to injure myself every 2 to 3 weeks. Due to the injury I would stop my workouts for a couple of weeks to heal then I would start again and some other injury would repeat the cycle. Tired of the cycle I started training at TSA. Although I still run into the injuries Lou has helped me work trough them as a result I am stronger, more flexible and over all healthier with his help. I've been working with Triumph Strength & Athletics for about almost a year now. Before coming here I worked out on my own and realized I was not getting the result I wanted . When I decided to join TSA it was my first time ever having a personal trainer or being apart of such a amazing group of people to work with. I received my own personal workout suited to my goal. In the first month or two I started to see results right away. The atmosphere and energy is very high, the people who come here all want different things but we make it fun for all of us to push each other to get there. I've been working with Triumph Strength & Athletics for about six months now, Lou Torres is the first personal trainer I've ever worked with. Every individual gets a training program suited to their goals and condition upon signing up with TSA. The program is progressive, after each level of trading is achieved, Lou creates a new program for the next stage. My energy level is very high, difficult challenges during the day are just not a problem any more. I've got the strength to mentally power through, given Lou's training. Lou is very involved in the athletic progress of his clients, both in the gym and on the field. My daughter has seen a great deal of improvement both in muscle development and control, since starting with Lou three months ago.
