Had the privilege of taking a sushi making course with them for a work event. The guys were funny and patient with the bunch of us and we learned a good amount -- sushi making isn't as easy as it looks! The ingredients were really fresh and things tasted delicious. What’s your signature dish?
Our Smoked Hamachi Tacos are always a hit. We cure and smoke the yellowtail in house that's paired with a yuzu truffle vinaigrette and served on a fried gyoza wrapper. Also our sushi rice has been praised and compared to the rice in Japan
How do you go about creating the perfect menu for your clients?
We create a menu by offering quality ingredients that's locally sourced from reputable vendors and farmers. Provide a variety of dishes, keeping it simple and flavorful, and accommodating every guests.

Connecting with people and sharing what I love to do. Providing that dining experience and creating that vibe

Creating my own schedule and working for myself to build an empire
