What do you love most about your job?
I love to see success in other people. I was raised in a home of entrepreneurs and my career path has permitted me an ability to stay connected to like minded people, and I love helping people find success.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I was constantly being asked by my peers to assist with human resource, and business operational consulting. It finally got to a point where I was busy enough that starting my own company made sense.
Why should our clients choose you?
I have high level experience operating Fortune 100 companies. Companies with employees ranging from 5 to 5000. While no company is identical and specific details have to be identified with an each company in order to operate the way they need to, there are constant elements of business that if done correctly and executed efficiently any company will find success. I have been lucky enough to have worked for companies and served as the lead person in creating and executing those plans.
