I have a passion for both physical and mental wellness. In addition to being an avid practitioner of yoga, I have spent thousands of hours working closely with a physical therapist learning to make exercise and movement accessible to anyone.

How important is a healthy diet to someone’s health and wellbeing?
A healthy diet is absolutely necessary to achieve maximum performance as well as to find a state of mental well-being.
How do you help your clients achieve their fitness goals?
I like to provide a well rounded approach to health and wellness. I help my clients track their weekly exercise as well as provide nutrition counseling. My services are not limited to when I am present, I help to create a fitness routine in your daily life that you are able to adhere to.
What’s the secret to getting the body of your dreams?
My training sessions are focused on becoming a healthier person both mentally and physically. I do not focus on achieving the "dream body". I will always maintain a healthy attitude towards body image; looking better is a byproduct of training, but not the primary focus.
What do you love most about your job?
I truly enjoy helping people improve the quality of their life. Training is very difficult for many people who have had negative experiences with exercise in the past, I strive to help them overcome these things and find a way to make exercise enjoyable.
Yoga
I provide both private and group sessions. Though I primarily teach vinyasa flow yoga, I occasionally incorporate both yin and kundalini into the practice. Yoga is about more than just movement, it is also about the mind and the breath. Though I can easily provide a challenging physical practice if desired, I will always incorporate these fundamental principals.
