With over 30+ years of first-hand fitness experience as a personal trainer, competitive body builder, fitness consultant, published author and now fitness equipment inventor, the Fitness Specialist, Al Smith, Jr. has opened an exclusive boutique exercise studio, called the ALLN-1 Fitness Studio in beautiful Sammamish WA. Using his patent ALLN-1 Functional Fitness Bench and RackTraX HIIT System, you’ll be able to leverage Al’s years of training experience to get customized, total body workouts in less than 45-minutes. But, you’re also welcome to stick around and enjoy the amazing view.
