Catering On-site
At our Burnet location the Ace-in-the-Hole room accommodates 45 guests; Our Maverick Room at the Llano location seats 24 guests. Both feature a large screen TV for presentations & slide shows.
We offer 1 & 2 entrée buffets, & a Taco Bar. We serve beer and wine as well as sodas & tea. For lighter fare we have amazing soup/salad combo's, specialized platters & charcuterie boards.
Off-site Catering
Distances up to 30 miles away and guest count of 150 or less. We can create a special menu for your event & offer most of our regular menu items. We have a catering menu as well, with signature dishes created especially for our catering clients in mind.
Taco Bar
Because of the versatility & cost effectiveness it's become one of the most popular for reunions, rehearsals & large party events! Everything you need for hard &soft tacos, taco salad, & nachos; served with beans, queso, salsa & chips. Iced tea and water as well.
