I liked it! The building and layout is pretty modern and you can choose from convenience-type options all the way to sandwiches and pizza. I stopped in here tonight for the first time after driving past it 100 times before. I was starving and had some time to kill before going out to dinner, so I ordered a bowl of lamb & vegetable soup. The girl behind the counter was lovely, and the soup was a-m-a-z-i-n-g. Just like my (Italian) mother used to make--the lamb didn't have a trace of fat on it (not easy to do--painstaking, meticulous work), and the soup was made mostly with stewed tomatoes--absolutely delicious. I've been going to the Town Market since it opened a few years ago. It has gone through many changes, to try to find it's niche. I think it is hitting it's stride right now. That being said, I had a veggie omelette today for the first time. It comes with a 3 egg omelette filled with mixed fresh veggies, home fry potatoes, and your choice of toast or English muffin. Some people say, "how hard is it to make eggs?!" Apparently some places really don't get it. However, the Town Market knows how. What a great value for your breakfast too! If you're still hungry after, maybe you should step back and rethink your eating habits. On another note, the Bacon Avocado Egg sandwich on a bialy is my go-to there. You CAN'T BEAT THE VALUE of this for what you're getting. I always get the eggs scrambled. If you take out, don't leave the plastic lid on for too long because the heat will soften the bialy and ruin it a bit. My final note about the Town Market is also a good one. They started carrying some quality beer choices. My new favorite is Gunner's Daughter, which is you like a coffee milk and peanut butter stout, you can't beat it! Great addition to the selection. Really love it here. They have great pizzas and ice cream. Outdoor seating is nice and they have added a few extra tables inside where the groceries used to be. Would recommend highly.

So let's say that this is really a 3.5 star review. The pros : the food/atmosphere/selection isn't bad and the staff is quite courteous. Cons : for the amount of staff on site seemingly the food should be flying out if the kitchen but it's a bit sluggish most of the time. Also, there is absolute lack of consistency e.g. you can order the same item the same way time after time and fully expect it to be something quite different each time. This place is literally an oasis in the desert. If you want decent food in Andover, you usually have to go downtown, and the traffic downtown sucks. Anywhere else? Good luck--there is a reason the south end of Andover gets a 5/100 for walkability on WalkScore.All I'm saying is--those 5 points are probably due to this place. It's this awesome little cafe/wine shop right off the main drag. The food is always good. My gf and I love this place. We head over every Sunday for a quick quiet breakfast. The staff is incredibly friendly, the food great for the price and the food preparation is always fresh.
