What kind of accounting services do you provide?
​We perform all aspects of the day-to-day work of accounting, including monthly close, generating balance sheets and income statements, completing break-even analyses, helping with budgeting, and forecasting cash flow in the near and far term. We also correspond and collaborate with your other financial partners, including annual audit teams, corporate tax preparers, and bankers and lenders.
Why is it so important for businesses to hire a great accountant?
We see it too often - when business owners get busy, bookkeeping falls to the wayside and mistakes get made or they simply don't know where their money is going. A great accountant can keep everyone on track and maximize their business profitability.

The variety of clients! Every day presents new opportunities to help and learn.
What inspired you to start your own business?
Total Solutions was started, because we knew that business owners didn't start their business to do the back office work...but it often takes over and leaves little time for doing what they love. We want to help business owners get out of their offices and back to their customers and product/service!

We provide services on site or remote. If you are using software like QuickBooks Online, we can complete services from anywhere. Or we can set up a secure VPN to assist you remotely, too.
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
We require masks and social distancing in our office. We have limited visitors throughout the pandemic, and we require quarantines for employees who travel out of state.
