My husband and I hired Toblesky-Green Architects to design an Accessory Dwelling Unit (ADU ) in front of our home including remodeling plans for the current kitchen and living room and an addition of a powder room and laundry area in our existing garage.

Ken Toblesky was terrific to work with! He patiently collaborated with us to transform our requirements and wish list into an inspired and detailed specification. He was flexible and easygoing and built great rapport with us.

Ken's fees are fairly priced, and I also know he did work beyond his billable hours on his own time to ensure a successful project. He went out of his way to accommodate our needs, even calling and going to the city multiple times to make sure everything was according to code when we were out of the country during the planning phase.
