My new website went live last week and I am THRILLED that I chose TNT United Services Inc. I am so grateful to Nieesha Williams for all of her creativity, her brilliant ideas and her tremendous patience with me. I am a perfectionist and I know it was not an easy task! She took my entire vision, brought it to life, and then blew it out of the water. It is far more amazing than I even imagined it could be. I also feel like I am much more technologically advanced now, Nieesha has taught me so much. Anyone looking to create a logo, website, or considering rebranding I HIGHLY recommend TNT! Best money I ever spent!! More...

Q&As

At TNT United Services Inc. we believe that there are several qualities that go into creating a great website. Listed in order below are our top 5 qualities that we know to be essential.
These are tied for first place.

1) a. Aesthetically pleasing to the eye; What on your site grabs the searchers attention? ( color scheme, images, flow of the website and speed.)
b. The back end. Is your website built properly on the back end so that search engines can properly gather information for SEO purposes to help the rankings for your website for visibility purposes.

2) Trustworthiness of your website. Is your site considered to be a trusted site? What kind of security protection do you have on your website? Do you have an SSL certificate ( Site Secured certificate) If your not sure about this you can find this out by typing https:// before the www. on your website domain or URL. if you receive a message stating your connection is not private chances are you do not have an SSL certificate on your website.
This is also important for SEO purposes because this also helps to increase your search rankings.

3. The overall user experience. Can a user easily navigate the website from page to page and find what they are looking for quickly. Are all the buttons or links on a website linked appropriately and go to the correct destinations. This is very important especially to Search Engines. Search engines like Google want to make sure that when a user a particular URL or Keyword phrase in the search browser the user is being redirected to the most relevant accurate information available.
So, for example if a user enters in www.XYZcompany.com/aboutus and is redirected to www. XYZcompany/services or has a a 404 error meaning that the page the user put in or was trying to reach on a website couldn't be found this creates a bad user experience.

4. Responsive or Multi Screen Web Design so that your website adapts to Desktop, Tablet and Mobile phones and any new device that comes on the market.

5. Content Creation written or pictorial.

At TNT United Services Inc. during our initial (Getting To know Our Client Consultation) we make sure that we ask detailed questions about our client or potential client & what their goals and expectations might be. This is a consultative approach that has been proven to be very successful. Below is an example of just some of the questions that might be asked depending on the scope of services that we are providing for you.
Web Design:
What is the purpose of the website & have you purchased your domain name yet?
What are your corporate core values and how do you express them to your visitors?
Describe the style of the website you want. example; movement, sliders, cinema effect.
If you have a current website what do you like most about it or what do you like least about it?
Have you seen any competitors websites and what do you like most or least about them?

Search Engine Optimization:
Are you familiar with Search Engine Optimization and the difference between pay per Click and Organic SEO?
Have you had a Key word Analysis done?
Do you know how much traffic your presently getting to your website?

Social Media Marketing:
Have you considered what platforms might be best for you or what platforms are you familiar with?
What is your target market? Age ,Gender, income etc.
Are you looking for just posting with relevant industry specific content or are you looking for someone to manage all of your social media. posting responses, monitoring etc.

Email Marketing:
Are you familiar with Email Marketing?
Do you have a list of emails already & is there any segmentation?
Do you need us to scrub any existing lists that already have?
Have you been having issues with your email going in spam folder?
Do you need help with article writing and content creation?

Seeing results, putting a specific goal and strategic plan in place , executing it and seeing it come to fruition for a business owner is so truly gratifying.
Because I know that we did the very best we could for our client by positioning them in a place to be successful. I'm happy when my customer can see tangible results and they are happy it makes me happy it's the best part of my job.

in life, many times things happen that are in our control and out of our control. A group of us were let go . Myself in particular after working in a certain industry for 16.5 years. managing business relationships for business owners with annual revenues of up to about 15 million in annual revenue. I always loved working with business owners seeing and being a part of helping them grow their business and technology so, I made the decision took a leap of faith. trusted GOD used some of my severance and the rest is history.

The best way I could answer this question is passion. I have a genuine passion for what it is that I do and expect nothing less from anyone that works for me. Every and any project big or small is done giving 200%.This business was started because I enjoy working with others to help their business grow and see peoples vision come to pass. At the end of the day ad long as you are successful we are doing our job and we are successful too.
