Needed a caterer on a short notice. T&J came out with sizeable samples of some items we thought we would like from her web page options that were all excellent and selected items were exactly as sampled. Great price for service that was exactly what was promised. Even provided containers for left overs, and there was plenty of them even though crowd was as expected. Nothing to do but eat! What’s your signature dish?
My French menu, having studied at Le Cordon Bleu my French menu seems to be the most popular. Another favorite is Mediterranean! I pride myself on learning various cultures and can create a custom menu for any type of event.
How do you go about creating the perfect menu for your clients?
I like to know the venue, ambiance, the crowd and what they are celebrating. This inspires me to create a menu!
What do you love most about your job?
Watching people eat my food in enjoyment, serving others, and being a part of a happy moment for others.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I’ve accomplished everything I wanted to as a Chef and restaurant manager. Looking back through the years my most enjoyable times were cooking for large events.
