Ally is everything you could want in a personal trainer. She's an amazing motivator, a pure genius when it comes to figuring out the optimal workout and nutritional plan, and she genuinely cares about helping you reach your goals. Since I started seeking her advice in April, I've lost 25 pounds, and even though that progress has stalled slightly in the last few weeks, she hasn't stopped trying to help me find a new routine that fits my new, busier schedule. I have no doubts that continuing to work with her will allow me to crush my goals and get into the best shape of my life! More...

What do you love most about your job?
I love helping people be the person they want to be! It brings me nothing but happiness knowing I could be part of someone's transformation, whether it be minor or major.
Why should our clients choose you?
I'm very passionate about helping others. I understand that we're all human and everyone has their strengths and weaknesses. I'm here to help my client begin a pathway to a healthier and happier life through patience and practice. If you're ready to work towards your goals so am I!
Can you provide your services online or remotely? If so, please add details.
Yes, I can teach boxing remotely via videochatting. If your camera is set so I can see your full body I'll still be able to teach technique properly and make corrections.
Introductory Boxing
Every lesson will begin with a warm up, followed by learning techniques, moving into a conditioning period, and finally ending with a cool down.
We'll build on your base knowledge of boxing, whether it be knowing a few combinations to knowing absolutely nothing about the sport.
