Stephanie at Tile Elements was amazing and helpful. She answered all of our questions and provided expert knowledge on the tile. I found out about Tile Elements through Laticrete's distributor list. After calling/checking out some of the distributors in that list, including two local Floor and Decor stores, I found out that most of them didn't carry a Laticrete Spectralock Part C epoxy grout in a color that I wanted. So I was pleasantly surprised when I called Tile Elements on Monday and Glen told me that they go to Laticrete's plant in Riverside (?) on Tuesdays to stock up, and could pick up the item I need. Glen gave me a reasonable quote (equivalent to an online retailer's quote with shipping) and placed my order on the phone, saying my order should be ready for pick up by Tuesday evening. Sure enough, I got a phone call on Tuesday afternoon, letting me know that my order was ready for pick up. The next day, I came to pick up and was immediately impressed at the organization and vast selection of beautiful tiles in their showroom. My first thought was, how could I not have known about this place! A helpful staff member greeted me and pointed me to where I needed to go, to the pick up area at the back. There, another friendly staff member named Salomon immediately assisted me. While I was there, I asked him if they had any epoxy haze remover and he pointed me to the right direction. He even carried the heavy Spectralock Part C powders to my car and struck up a pleasant conversation about soccer when he saw my team's decal on my car.Our bathrooms are going through remodeling and I wish we had known of this place before ordering tiles from Floor and Decor. I'm not sure how the expense would compare but for the attention, and great communication and customer service I received, I would definitely check Tile Elements out for our next house remodeling project. Exceptional customer service from Tile Elements. George worked with me to return tile (though Tile Elements wasn't under any obligation to accept the return), and worked out all the logistics for the return and purchase of new tile, helping at every step to reduce fees as much as possible. This store is different from other tile stores because it offers free service from designers. We redid our master bathroom and were lucky enough to have Jessica as our designer. She is so knowledgeable. Not only did she helped us choosing the different tiles, she was also extremely patient with us. I can be a pain, because it takes me many trips to the store to finally decide what to buy. I absolutely recommend this place. George was super helpful as well. More...
