My A/C went out on a Friday evening around 6:00pm. I called several businesses who said they did emergency calls but no one called me back. Mark answered the phone at Tiger Paws and said he would be here in 20 minutes and he was! He was so nice and knowledgeable! He got our unit working even though it was on its last leg!
