When I started the contractor search for my new garage addition I really didn't know where to start. We interviewed 3 different companies to get a feel for who my husband and I felt most comfortable with. After receiving all 3 estimates & discussing who we wanted to share this experience with ThreeTree was the clear choice. Their estimate was clear and precise, they showed me every single value of the project; even what their management fees were. During the building process we received constant communication thru their customer service platform. They were clean, on time and the final product is something we love to show off. We have an older home that needed completely remodeled. Renovation of kitchen, bathrooms needed updated and floors to painting. We love our area and didn’t want the stress of moving or buying a new home. ThreeTree was the second construction company that we met and we knew they were the ones to take this remodel on. Their design, vision and very upfront process and knowledge made my wife and I comfortable. They did everything up front, we knew what cabinets, paint, floors, countertops; all these decisions were made before and during the demo phase.
