Recently we had a large group of people in our office all week and needed catering for breakfast and lunch each day. Even considering the ever changing headcount and special dietary needs, things that stressed me out, Alberto handled with calm efficiency, made suggestions when needed, and saved the day! We had a variety of hot meals and boxed lunches. Each meal was delivered and set up by friendly, capable staff right on time. Presentation was very nice and their food is delicious. How do you go about creating the perfect menu for your clients?
We help create client specific menus by exploring what they are looking for, then using that information to help tailor it to expectations, palate, and variety of choices to ensure they get exactly what they are looking for every time.
What do you love most about your job?
I have always had a passion for food and customer service. Being able to help bring a party or event to life and using my experience to guide them to the best possible options is the part I have always enjoyed. I also love making food that people enjoy and seeing how much my food can really set the tone for having an amazing event.
What inspired you to start your own business?
When I went to culinary school many years ago, I knew then that I wanted to have my own businesses. I spent a lot of time learning at the feet of many amazing mentors and business owners and knew that I would one day have many of my own. There is nothing more satisfying than having a successful business and being able to provide good lives for everyone helping me to make this the best company in our field.
