I absolutely love the team of professionals at Therapy Utah! Brannon is a skilled therapist who knows what he’s doing. He is willing to be honest and direct. It amazes me at how spot on he is with everything. And I love their programs. I have had nothing but a positive experience. More...

I experienced the women's group at Therapy Utah. With over a decade of betrayal trauma experience, I wasn't sure what it would be like. I felt so loved, safe and at home. The women in the group were open and straight about their experiences, and Kathy did a brilliant job of guiding our conversation to tools we can use daily. Great experience. More...

Jennifer Sorensen has helped me with many life-changing EMDR sessions. It has been a very difficult process for me but she has known just how to guide me through it, asking the right questions and supporting in a safe and calm way. My severe depression and anxiety symptoms have reduced more significantly from EMDR with her than from any other treatment I have tried. And I have tried so many. Through EMDR she has helped me heal from past trauma, let go of damaging anger and resentment, and find confidence to move forward in my life. I had to want it and work hard for it but Jennifer helped accelerate the process tremendously. I tried 4 EMDR therapists before going to her and she is top-notch. I cannot express in words how grateful I am to her. More...

Kathy donated her time to a small group of women while she was visiting Arizona and what she taught us in a couple of short hours was POWERFUL and so IMPACTING.

Kathy is awesome! My wife and I were struggling (like most) and She was able to cut through all the BS and get to the root of the issue. Several times we walked out of her office with a whole new perspective in life. My wife and I really enjoyed Kathy and helped save our marriage! I would highly recommend Kathy to anyone! More...
