My husband and I were on a search for a wedding videographer. From the moment I started viewing photos and video on The Vision Field webpage, I was very intrigued. They shoot all sorts of videos, music videos, commercials, film, photos. After viewing their online portfolio, we liked their style and I immediately contacted them about our interest in having them film our wedding reception. Laura was very quick to reply and was already so sweet and friendly. I felt like I already knew them before I met them in person. Such friendly and easy going ladies, that make you feel at ease, even with cameras directed at you. They arrived so early during the bridal party glam session and made sure to capture those special candid moments with the girls. They accompanied our photographers for a fun photo shoot on the beach, outside of our reception area. We had a lot of fun with our action shots. My husband and I were already married in a civil ceremony in the Dominican Republic, but had the reception for family and friends here in LA, so we had no ceremony. But they were very creative in editing the video to include memorable speeches and our song, our first dance song, which practically symbolized the beginning of our relationship. Watching the video brought tears of joy to my eyes, as it did all of my friends and family. EVERYONE was praising our highlight video on how beautifully it was done. I couldn’t have envisioned anything more perfect for us. They made sure to stay in touch during the editing process to get a feel of our likes, and share any ideas. Communication was great, and extremely prompt. They really took the time to get to know us. These ladies are a class act. An extremely talented and very professional duo. My wife and I hired Laura and Erica at The Vision Field to be the videographers at our wedding and it ended up being one of the best decisions we made throughout our entire lengthy wedding planning process. First of all, Laura and Erica were an absolute pleasure to work with. They were always extremely quick to respond to all of our questions whether they be related to the type of equipment they would be using or the type of videography we wanted them to capture. During our planning meeting with them over the phone they also knew how to ask us all the right questions in order to make sure they would provide us with exactly the type of service we were expecting. And they were always happy and full of energy, which somehow made us even more excited for the big day as it approached. When the wedding day came they arrived early and were fully prepared with all of their equipment. Our ceremony was at a Catholic church, our reception was in the backyard of a private residence, and we stopped for wedding party photos at a third location in between, and throughout all of this movement Laura and Erica were always able to keep up with the group without us having to worry about them. What actually made us most happy with The Vision Field, in fact, is how they managed to capture every single important moment of our wedding day without ever distracting or getting in the way of us or any of our guests. We hardly noticed that they were there at all, and yet they still ended up delivering incredible footage that perfectly captured every aspect of our ceremony and reception. Whenever my wife and I relive our wedding memories by watching and listening to all the high-quality video and audio, we feel as if we're still there, and in this way Laura and Erica have made our wedding last forever. They're not only videographers and photographers but also musicians and audio engineers, and they therefore know exactly how to record and deliver a perfect product package. I had a last minute wedding, so I was in search for a reasonable priced videographer. Once I found The Vision Field, I was amazed by their work and price. After deciding to go with Laura and Erica, they were very helpful to ensure that I would get exactly what I wanted by setting up a meeting to discuss anything I really wanted to see in the videos. HIRE THEM!!! If you're looking for top quality craftsmanship, a video that stands out with a unique style, THESE ARE THE VIDEOGRAPHERS FOR YOU. I truly cannot say enough AMAZING things about The Vision Field. Working with Laura & Erica blew all of my expectations out of the water. I came across the company on The Knot, after searching through HUNDREDS of wedding videographers to find one that had a unique style. Most companies I found offered beautiful work, but the videos were pretty generic in terms of style. I was seeking something more creative, innovative, and different from your average wedding video – I wanted our video to stand out and speak to our vibrant & upbeat style, while still mixing in some vintage feel and modern twist. When I viewed The Vision Field's work, I knew they were the perfect match for us!

These two women are some of the most creative (and nicest!!) people I've ever met. I shared my vision with them and they were totally on board from the get go. I never doubted for a second that they understood what I was looking for and would deliver a top quality product. I shared that I wanted a vintage feel (using the toy camera lens) mixed with modern shots; incorporating color with black & white shots; using a lot of fun, creative lighting overlays to make the video pop; mixing slow-mo shots with sped up clips and quick jump cuts; and using fun dance music to match the vibe of our wedding. THEY DID AN ABSOLUTELY INCREDIBLE JOB. They took all of my direction extremely well and produced one of the most beautiful pieces of content I've seen – I feel so lucky to have had the opportunity to work with them!! They poured their hearts & souls into our video, which shows in the output. I honestly did not know it was possible to have something like this come together so perfectly and beautifully – they are true masters in their field and unlike any other video producers I've seen. The final product is so innovative and curates the exact feel I wanted for our wedding video.

Along with there insane talent, they are also two of the most genuinely kind souls I've encountered. They are super responsive via email/text, and take all of your wants into account when creating a piece of work for you. They involve you every step of the way and double check on preferences throughout the editing process – it's so clear that they want the customer to be 100% happy with the final output. At the event itself, they were very timely, respectful, and easy to work with. They were excellent at instructing my husband & I on how to pose and what cool shots to get. They did a wonderful job at incorporating shots of EVERYTHING – family, friends, different parts of the event, the venue, decor, etc. They checked all my boxes and more. Through all of the vendors I worked with for my wedding, The Vision Field was hands down my favorite one. Do yourself a favor and hire them immediately. They are incredible.

They are amazing videographers, we found them by chance through an app and glad we did, they worked with our budget and we had 2 amazing talented ladies film our wedding. No one can believe how incredible my wedding video is!!!! I had a blowout wedding in LA, with the ceremony at a cathedral-style church and a reception/cocktail hour at the hip Line Hotel. I needed videographers to somehow, someway, capture it all, and they went way above and beyond what I expected. The captured EVERYTHING, but more than that was the way they put the video together. The way the music was integrated is my favorite thing, as i am a musician. The best way I can describe it is: Joseph Kahn meets Say Yes to the Dress! Catching all the beauty a bride would want, but putting it together in a way that someone watching it always (yes, always) asks who did my video and compliments how great it is. And also, I must say that I am someone who is extremely critical. I don't generally like the way I look in photos - but Laura and Erica made me look so beautiful and captured such loving shots of my husband and me. I am also, admittedly, importunate - never ONCE did they seem annoyed or taxed by my emails or questions.  This is my final comment: the night before my wedding I had a nice welcome party where I actually performed some music and made a few speeches. I relied on a family member to record this on his camera. And, even though he calls himself a professional, he did not do it and all I ended up with was a slew of excuses. My one regret from my wedding is that I didn't hire Vision Field to film that also. I at least had the good judgement to have them at my wedding, and the video they created is invaluable and brings me so much joy - if I only had photos, I would have missed about 70% of memories from my wedding day.  DO NOT skimp on the wedding video, get one - and DO NOT rely on "Uncle Moe." Laura and Erica are the best. They are very fun and loving spirits. They go the extra mile to make sure that you are enjoying your day and feel great about your video. We got the Music Video style and Season Episode Bundle. Its works great because if you want a short video to show friends who want to watch something quick, you have that, and then also a longer more involved video for when people feel like getting more into it. Because we booked last minute we also got their last minute discount which was an added bonus. The Vision Field are very creative, I was attracted to them because they were not just a wedding company but also worked on various other projects in film and music video that seemed interesting. Being a fellow creative I was inspired while viewing their work and decided to give them a call. When we met we all had a great connection. We were on a budget and their prices were very fair. I searched for a while to find videographers I could feel comfortable with. I knew as soon as I spoke with Erica and Laura on the phone that they were the ones. I could tell from their enthusiasm and how much they were able to listen that they would make me feel at ease the day of my wedding. Everyone loved them and commented on their positive energy and also how they were so courteous and polite. My favorite shots in our video were some great closeups they took during the ceremony. The video was edited very nicely and in a fun way and included guest interviews which added a nice personal touch. We must have watched it 20 times in the week we got it and relived each moment together. They got it to us faster than expected and we were both very happy. Erica: the Wedding Ninja.
There isn't nearly enough time or space to express my genuine delight with Erica, but I will try. After hiring her to shoot multiple videos of my nutrition lectures, I could think of no better person to go to for something as personal & life altering than my wedding.

I wanted something memorable, yet something that felt very different than the typical wedding video. I don't do cheesy. I was impressed by her music video work, so I requested something in that vein. She not only delivered, but exceeded anything I could have imagined.

She respected & understood my goal of creating a green wedding & accommodated her shooting to make sure that the farm we got married on was not disrupted ecologically. Also, it's MOST important to note, that we chose to have our wedding in a farm community just outside of Philadelphia where adults with disabilities live. We wanted our money to go to a meaningful cause but, with a place like this, much care & consideration must be taken when planning & executing an event that has many moving parts, including the kind of equipment (like a jib) she brought, so that it did not affect the routine & lives of those that lived there. Her pure spirit & genuine respect for all lives came through in her precision & execution, seamlessly fitting into this unique environment.

Interestingly, looking back, I don't even remember her being there at times. I say this, because I've been to so many weddings where the photographer is all up in the junk of the couple & their family and it completely takes away from what should be a candid and beautiful experience. But, when I watch my video I say, "I don't even remember her in that spot recording!" That's how stealth she was. That's why I call her a ninja; she left the earth and location untouched, she set up & broke down seamlessly & without needing anything from us, and she was able to capture awesome detail without us feeling like a camera was ever in our face.
