I was trying to be more than understanding with her and from our conversations prior to my wedding day to the stuff that happened on my day did not happen the way we planned on top of her not being friendly at all to my guest or their request or needs.
I thought she was going to be a great fit for our wedding for our kids she was not at all. I have had a lot of complaints from my guest about her services that day.
When we wrote out to her to explain in detail all of our concerns she replied with a bunch of excuses basically saying she has never had such bad review and she is loved by everyone which the actions at my wedding make it very hard to believe. I simply wanted to inform her and get maybe a sincere apology but with all the disagreements she wrote back to our comments about how we thought things went it hardly feels like an apology.
I would NEVER hire her again or recommended her to anyone. If anyone wants to reach out to me directly you can.

Dear Brittany, I am truly sorry that you were displeased. I have written this several times in the email that I sent. We both know that things did not go as we discussed. I bullt a timeline of events and very clearly explained what was going to happen and when and everything did not happen the way it was supposed to. You say you simply wanted to inform me...YOU did not reach out to me, your mother in law did. When I was attacked with many things that were simply not true in the email, I believe you did not like my responses. I will agree to disagree at this point, and yes I AM Truly Sorry! I wish you the best and I wish you a lifetime of love and happiness. We were very pleased that we invested what we did of our wedding budget into hiring The Susie Show.
From the first conversation our minds were pretty well decided.
Susie is very personable and puts on an excellent show.
Once she arrived at our venue and started setting up her uplighting equipment it completely changed the feel of our place - it completed it.
The photo booth with all of her props will be a topic of conversation for years to come with our family and friends.
The photo booth keepsake book of everyone's picture strips and words of love and encouragement, the flash drive of all the photos taken are all so much fun to look back on and are a true wedding keepsake.
We highly recommend The Susie Show and would use her in the future if having a gathering requiring a DJ service.

She gets the crowd involved and going and all the extra lights and glow stuff and games keep it all entertaining for everyone! !! The photo both that we also got was amazing!!! If we could give a million stars we would!!!! Susie made our wedding one to never forget. She went above and beyond with the music, props for photo booth, lighting and the games she comes up with is so much fun. She also made my now husband (yay) and I a scrapbook of the entire night, and an adorable flash drive to pull up pictures from the photo booth. We couldn’t have asked for a better DJ. She is beyond talented and very professional, organized and the hardest working person we have met. She is very professional and was incredibly helpful with all of our planning from the beginning. We honestly knew the minute we booked Susie that we had made the absolute best choice. We had been to weddings in the past that had gone with a friend, family member, or a lower value DJ and it wasn't a mistake we wanted to make.

We hired The Susie Show after hearing about everything she provided for the weddings she does!
The Photobooth was a BIG hit with our guests & everyone was amazed at the prop choices available to take photos with!
Her team printed guests all the copies they wanted, and they helped put together a scrapbook for guests to place their pictures in and write a comment with. The end result was a memory book that we'll have to look back on forever!
Susie is an amazing DJ & the effort she puts into entertaining the kids at the wedding was amazing, parents who attended the wedding with their kids were thrilled to have them included in the big day with a special kids dance and light show & the teddy bear alternative to the garter toss.
The special YMCA dance with the groom & groomsmen definitely got a few laughs.
She made sure that we had all of the songs we asked for, with the first dance and our father/daughter & mother/son dances as well.
