Mike is a stellar professional chef. Over the past several months, Chef Mike led culinary master classes for me and my husband to hone and elevate our foundational cooking skills; the perfect at-home date-night activity that we joyfully anticipated to at the end of each week. Chef Mike personally curated a diverse set of menus every week that matched our favorite Latin, Asian, and European dishes to showcase unique culinary techniques and kitchen equipment. From knife skills, to braising, pinçaging, measuring proportions for the perfect vinaigrette and more, Mike opened our eyes to methods that vaulted us over our self-taught plateau. Chef Mike marries a delicious assortment of textures, flavors and style to every one of his dishes that truly showcase his professional touch. What do you love most about your job?
I love food and love to make people happy. Putting out over the top food and events is not like work to me. When you do something you love it never feels like work.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I love to teach and show people that anyone can learn how to make amazing food. The satisfaction of someone being able to reproduce what i have taught them is amazing

Looking to fancy up your cooking or wanting to cook healthier then you have found your Chef. I love to teach and pass on my knowledge and passion of food. I can help you reignite your passion for food and give you the tools to be able to build your own recipe book. Each class comes with a custom menu and recipes for everything we make. We can focus on technique, specific dishes or just have some fun and learn a new recipe.
Small Event Catering
Having a small gathering of friends or colleagues. I can put together an event to suit your needs. Let me take the brunt of the work and allow you to enjoy being the host and actually get to see the people you are having join you for the night.
