My family and I went into Jts today to have a small dinner for my birthday. We moved to De Soto about a year ago right off 83rd and Jts has been a spot we have occasionally gone to. I LOVE the tenderloins and kickin chicken and so does my family. However, we went about 2 weeks ago and then again last week and the food was somewhat off. The breading was different but we decided to try it out again today. I don’t know what they did tonight but it tasted just like their usually tenderloins and kickin chicken and they came out quick! I was SOO happy! If you haven’t tried them, I highly recommend!

This is our third stay at the Argosy and what a disappointment! We reserved 3 rooms for 3 nights for our family at “premium prices” and received terrible service. You’d think that $1,500 for rooms for 3 days would afford you some sort of amenities but not here.
No hot water in the morning for showers so we asked to move. Answer: no.
Light on for housekeeping all day for trash pickup and clean towels. Nope, not able to do that either.
Almost all the slot machines are now penny machines and when I asked 2 different people working the floor if they had quarter machines I was told to “go look over there somewhere” with a vague wave of the hand.
I’m so sad that this place has gone downhill so much. Never again!

STAY AWAY! Front desk very rude, threatened to call security on me because I was complaining about my filthy uncleaned room. Room was very dusty and the wouldn't clean it due to covid there's no housekeeping in between stays. They also said NO when I asked to be put in another room nor would they let me check out without charging me. I even suggested to let me use some cleaning materials and I would clean it myself and the front desks response was again NO. Every suggestion or solutions I gave front desk said NO! This past Sunday we had a birthday dinner for my 96 year old father who is in a wheelchair. They sanitized everting before we got there. They moved things around to allow his wheelchair in the room. The service and food were great. The funnel cake fries were very good.

This is one of the worst hotels I have ever stayed in. For $220 a night, none of the restaurants were open except for a small disgusting deli. Room service ends at 9p. Journeys, the steak restaurant is only open from 5-10, yet stops seating at 9:30, even when there are empty tables. There is no maid service if you stay more than one night.
The spa is indefinitely closed.
Therefore, I stayed at a hotel where I thought I could eat and drink and be pampered.
Instead I starved, was told that the hotel would refuse to comp me an evening or give any suggestions to help.
Instead, each person I spoke to pawned me off to another person.
No one has helped me and I spent a fortune to stay here.
I don't gamble. This was supposed to be relaxing and I left more stressed then when I got here.
