What do you love most about your job?
I love helping people and businesses achieve their dreams of success.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I had run businesses as both an owner and a "hired gun." Over 21 years ago I started The Quintessence Corp. to capitalize on my experience and expertise and make my coaching, business and leadership skills available for others to use.
Why should our clients choose you?
I am one of the very few coaches/consultants who has worked in seven different careers prior to starting my business 21 years ago, and also one of the very few who has provided services to dozens of industries. More importantly, I am a rare right-and-left-brained thinker, possessing the vision, passion and Emotional Intelligence of right-brained leaders while also having the mind of left-brained leaders for systems and processes.
Can you provide your services online or remotely? If so, please add details.
For businesses, I typically provide my services in-person at your facilities, however depending on distance, I can provide value using remote video (Zoom, Teams) or telephone.
For individuals, it depends on your personal preference. I like to meet people in person as much as possible, so I can understand them better by watching body language.
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
I am vaccinated and will wear a mask if asked to do so.
