We worked with Stephanie Pitts to purchase our new house. I’ve been working with other realtors before and I was convinced that I’m the one that has to take care of everything even finding a house because those few I dealt with before were not really what I could trust but Stephanie was a God send. From the first time we spoke till today she made everything so easy! She explained every step, she assured us she will be there from the beginning till the end and I’m so happy to say she did not disappoint! I can’t rave enough about her. She has a warm personality and is gifted to make you to trust her which again you won’t regret it. She went above and beyond for us.she took care of many stuff that to be honest wasn’t even her job to do.explained everything even stuff that No one care to explain to first time home buyers. we learned so much from her. She cares about you and don’t see you as just 1 time customer. She called our sale guy, our mortgage loan originator and even his manager when we needed to solve some issues we had down the road with our mortgage application. If you are looking to buy or sale Stephanie is the person you need.
