We LOVE Lisa and The Pet Companion Kennel! It is CLEAN, air conditioned in the heat and heated in the cold! Lisa administers Insulin to our Annabelle! She baths them just before we pick them up! She’ll even wash and dry their blankets! She is friendly and personable with our dogs! This past visit, while turning onto the drive way, our Ginger KNEW exactly where she was going and couldn’t wait to get out of the car! Upon entering the office, Ginger took off around the counter to greet Lisa! We HIGHLY RECOMMEND The Pet Companion!! More...

Because of her age and declining health we were reluctant to board our little old gal while we had to travel out of town, but Lisa had sat for our pets in the past and after visiting her on site kennel we knew or old girl would be in good hands. Lisa took the time to give our doggie the special attention she needed from giving meds to hand feeding her. She even gave us daily updates since we knew our little one wasn't well. Highly recommend The Pet Companion for boarding your doggie. Our toy yorkie was just there for a week and had the best time. Lisa was so wonderful with him. He was such a happy boy when we picked him up. The facility is really fantastic- very clean and spacious in a beautiful country setting. He had freedom to go outside from his kennel which he loved. It gave us piece of mind to have him in Lisa’s kennel and l highly recommend this to any of my friends needing to board or even daycare for their dog! Thank you again!!! More...

I wouldn't leave our doggies with anyone else. The facility is beautiful and very clean. I loved watching Leia, our 8 month old Goldendoodle, playing outside in the field. ;)

My husband and I are watching our granddog for a few months and needed a safe place for him to stay for a few days while we went on vacation. I have used the Pet Companion for about 16 years. During my working career, I was out of town at least one week of each month. Since retiring Lisa is there whenever I go on vacation and will even make special trips to the house to clip the cats claws. The Pet Companion - Lisa Boyer has been our pet sitter since 2004. Over the years we have had senior dogs & cats who need daily medications as well as puppies.
