The Paul Bryan Group

These guys are really bad. Took money from my friend and then couldn’t do the work. So now the money is technically stolen.

We were provided a recommendation to the Paul Bryan Group from a friend that had work done. We reached out via text and sent picture of the project. Based on that recommendation, we sent a deposit for the materials. MONTHS later and after several contacts, we finally received the materials. Then it was more than a month and several calls later before their project manager showed up to start the work. They realized after all this time that the pictures did not reflect the scope of the job and we agreed together to cancel the job and Paul Bryan agreed to refund our deposit. Great, except that it has now been OVER A YEAR and dozens of calls, text and emails and we still do not have our refund. They may do good work, I will never know, but they are unprofessional and I will NOT do business with them again. More...

Paul came right away to consult on my plan and give me a firm quote. Once I decided to go ahead, dates and times were set, communication was frequent, materials and workers arrived and finished on time, and the work was excellent. We could not be happier.

Paul did a great job with our paver project. He was quick to come out for the initial site visit and had a good eye for the design we needed. The job was completed in a timely manner, despite some supplier issues out of his control. The finished project looks great and the communication was superior.
