I love working with women who are ready for a real change. Whether it be a woman over fifty who needs to learn to fall in love with herself or a mother of an LGBT child. I love helping them discover the origin of their issue and create doable plans to change their lives.

I have been a business owner since I was eight years old when I turned our garage into a clubhouse for latch-key kids (we didn’t call them that back then) charged the kids to get in, and for chips, kool-aide and candy. I love providing services and products to enhance folks’ lives.

Your clients should choose me if they are looking to work with someone who will help to guide them toward their desired end. Someone who will be honest and straightforward with them and will allow the client to move beyond their issues on their own with my support. I believe it’s vital that folks are able to work on changing their situations themselves with the right tools to help empower them. My goal when working with clients is to support them while helping them become self-sufficient with the ability to create a dream-like lifestyle.

Yes, all of my services are online and remote (virtual).

*For local clients, I have minimal availability for in-person sessions.

Because my clients’ and customers’ health is important to me, I switched all of my services to online (virtual).

•Free Wellness Strategy Session

Let’s find out why you are experiencing whatever you are currently dealing with, and create an actionable plan to help you move beyond it (if that’s what you want to do).

Although it will take more than 30 minutes to solve any issue, you will take away a new way of looking at and relating to the issue.

•Wellness Check in

The past couple of years have been tough for most folks. Sometimes it’s easier to talk to someone outside of your circles. This is a safe space for you to share what’s on your mind and in your heart.

This is for you if you need someone to listen to and hear you, that is not a part of your life. You need a sounding board, a confidant.

•Virtual Health & Wellness Session

Here we will dive deep to find the origin of your issue(s) and create an actionable plan to help you move beyond it (if you want to). We won’t be able to change your life in an hour and a half but we will be able to look at reasons you may be struggling and ways to help you heal. If you are wanting to lose weight, change a habit, adopt a healthier routine, shift your thinking and feeling about yourself, or others, or you need help in any area of your life, this intensive session is for you. * Multiple sessions available.

•One-on-One Counseling
Ongoing Counseling sessions for women ONLY.

We will have ongoing sessions to help you navigate through any issues you are having, creating solutions along the way. This is for you if you need long-term (more than 2 sessions) counseling and support.

As a parent of three gay/queer kids I know most of the struggles parents go through when their child is gay. Coming from a Christian background, my first reaction was to run behind the Bible and leave my kids to figure it out for themselves. Thankfully, I did not do that but a myriad of religious parents do just that and more because of the pain they feel (real or perceived) when their child comes out. I help parents come to terms with their own feelings, fears, embarrassment, anger, and more, while helping them communicate with and love their LGBT+ child.

What weights in your life may be contributing to the weigh on your body? This is the first question I ask my clients who come to me to lose weight. Weights (heaviness) in your relationships, career, finances, health (body/mind), thoughts and feelings all play a role in your health and well-being. Of course nutrition (supplements), good dietary choices, and movement (exercise) are vital to weight loss and optimum health & wellness. We will dive deep into every aspect of your life to find the triggers that are present and create an actionable plan (long term) to help your reach your goals.
