What do you love most about your job?
My ability to proactively help my clients to avoid dangerous and costly mistakes.
What inspired you to start your own business?
Back in 2011 the company that I working with disbanded all but one department as it cut operations. When that happened many of clients called me anyway because they continued to need the help and advice I provided. As a result my future became clear.
Why should our clients choose you?
I will argue, fight and advocate more than most for my clients. You will never find me to be a "yes man." It is far more likely that you find me to be the protector of your organization.

I will proceed in whatever manner makes sense for issue we are handling. I currently do Zoom, Meet, Skype, Citrix and Logmein. Then there is the old school telephone. If the problem is "paper related" I might come to your location to consult and make plans after I evaluate the situation.
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
I have been trained by Johns Hopkins University in dealing with all aspect of Covid-19 in the workplace. Personally I use masks, hand sanitizer and sometimes gloves in my work. I also maintain proper distance guidelines.
HR Audit
We will look at all of your policies, procedures, protocols and evaluate them for Compliance with current laws and regulations. We will make recommendations for how you might improve your HR standards. Conversely, if you are in good shape we will confirm that for you as well as an independent outside professional firm.
Employee Evaluation and Appraisal
We will look at everything from frequency to percentage of completed employee evaluations. Is an annual evaluation enough for your company? How are you handling performance improvement plans for underperforming employees?
