Attempting to repair my own shower glass door was a mistake.  After years of it constantly getting stuck I decided to replace a part on it using my power drill, big mistake! !  As I am sure you can guess, I ended up with literally thousands of little glass shards all over my bathroom.  I called Adam based on his yelp reviews and I am glad I did.  He came to my house within a day and repaired my door within a week. My older vinyl Anderson bay window has been BB-Gun shot awhile ago.   Most of the people we called told us to replace the entire bay window, we thought it was unreasonable.  I am so happy to have found Corey from The Glass Guru.  I left him a message about the problem, he called back within a day.  When he came out, he was comfortable that he could fix it and gave us a sound quote, and we were so relieved.  He came out the 2nd time to about 1 week out to put it in for us.  However, there was a small glitch that the glass was a tad too small, and he had to order a new pane.  He was honest, upright, and professional to explain it was an unforeseeable situation on my particular older model, and he was willing to work with us on the cost for another glass.  He came out the 3rd time and fixed it in a jiffy.  He and his helper Jose installed and cleaned the glass.  I would definitely recommend him and use his service again. I've used this company to replace the glass and screens on my windows 3 separate times at my condo that I rent out. 2 of the times were during the winter when it was below zero and the glass was cracked so I was in a bit of a hurry to get it fixed for my tenant. They were very quick to get it fixed and it was not an easy job being there was snow on the balcony and one of them was a very high up palladium window. They are always patient and understanding. My Gardner broke my huge front living room window with a stray rock!!  I called 3 companies for quotes. I had a small request but found Corey to be careful and professional.  I needed to replace a frameless shower door seal/jamb that was damaged.  He requested photos and made sure I had exactly what I wanted.  I could have bought this online for $20 but shipping was another $20, which put me off.  No local hardware stores carried it.  So Corey charged 50% more but I felt in good hands.  He found that his supplier wanted him to purchase more than I wanted but he went ahead and sourced the seal for me and charged me the agreed upon price even though he wound up holding additional stock.  I would consider using him for other window replacement jobs that I need. Found Glass Guru because I saw a truck driving on 360 and called the number on the side. Very glad I did. They had an estimator out within 48 hours (who actually got to our house early al- when's the last time you heard that? ), and the quoted price was half what other places had quoted me to replace a panel on a stand up shower. The glass was ordered and once it was in our installation was scheduled within 48 hours as well. The installers did a great job, and were in and out in about 30-40 minutes. I called Cory at The Glass Guru of Torrance yesterday afternoon because the front door of my business fell out because the wind keeps blowing the glass door open and has broken the the parts that hold it in.  Cory understood that I could not lock my store until it was repaired.  Cory and his guy were out with in the hour and made a rush out to the factory to get some parts custom made for the repair.  He was back in time to re-install the door as well as the self closer so that this won't happen again.   I give The Glass Guru of Torrance 5 stars because of there prompt service and understanding of exactly what was needed to complete the job.  Great service and fair price.  I would highly recommend the Glass guru of Torrance. Superb Job !! I wish I could give more Stars.  Professional from original contact to clean-up at end of job. Corey, the owner took the original call and advised me about the time it would take to complete the job. Measurement and then Repair.  Everything was done within the times estimated, and per my schedule. When he said he would be out...he was. Initial contact and review he arrived alone. Next time, he arrived with Jim and we finalized order. Next time, Jim arrived and with Corey to assist him and they removed the old glass clean and safely. Probably the best decision we made since we bought our house.  We recently bought a condo that was in dire need of replacement pane windows. Was housesitting for a friend when all I wanted was some cool evening air before bed and cracked open the guest bedroom window about half an inch, before it became jammed. Not too bad I thought, something I could fix in the morning.Morning came - that window was goddamn stuck for good. Wouldn't budge, attempted my own DIY fix with WD40 to no avail. I contacted Corey from searching online. I explained the issues I was having with my windows and to try and save me some money Corey tried to walk me through some steps on measuring. Glass Guru gets my highest recommendation.Someone had shot a BB gun at my parents' house, striking a window and cracking it. We called Glass Guru based on stellar online reviews. Corey, the owner, answered our call and was courteous and professional. He came out on short notice to assess the damage and provide an estimate. We scheduled the repair for a few days later. The day of the repair, Corey called ahead to let us know he and his employee were coming. They wore shoe booties so as not to damage our flooring. We had a cracked window at our house and I found these guys through Home Advisor.  They called to schedule our appointment within about 60 seconds after I'd requested a service call.  Their representative came the next business day at exactly the time they specified.  After looking at the window he determined that, because the window was less than a year old, it might be under warranty.  He emailed the next day to let me know that he'd contacted the manufacturer and they would contact us to replace the glass free of charge.  Prompt, honest, dependable are the first words that come to mind when I think of this company.  I'll definitely call them first if we have any glass issues in the future.
