Well we turn that into a waffle and serve it with our country fried chicken and of course with a side of bacon sour cream dipping sauce. Its truly delicious
How do you go about creating the perfect menu for your clients?
We specialize in classic American/BBQ dishes but we have a small team put together by chefs of different backrounds. We’re pretty confident in out products so its just a matter of what the client wants.
What do you love most about your job?
Interacting with customers. Their satisfaction and feedback is essential to our growth. Nobody knows everything but getting help from customers on how to improve has always been what pushes us. In these past 4 years it feels like we’ve been on this ride together
What inspired you to start your own business?
I worked for a company (Schnitz NYC) at smorgasburg and saw the potential where a menu can take you
Why should our clients choose you?
At the fried kitchen we stand by our product. Starting from tents at outdoor markets we have grown and grown with local people starting a small business from a small sandwich idea. Since then the team has grown a bit and the talent is huge. Serving new york since 2017 and havent had a bad review yet!

What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
We have been following New Yorks covid protocals, testing regularly, using face coverings and asking customers to respect social distancing.
