Week 1 day 2 of the BarreBody challenge and I am absolutely loving it!! Each instructor that I've had so far has been so great. They really take the time to make sure you are getting the most out of your workout. The BarreBody challenge is definitely challenging but it's the best workout I've done! Best gym in the region (at least)! Group fitness is an incredibly fun way to get in and stay in shape. They offer a variety of unique classes and each and every instructor is top notch. If you're looking for aerial training this is the place to go. They are the best because they work with the best from The Bumbershoot to The Paper Doll Militia. Very safety conscious and helpful.
