Individual Counseling
Individual counseling is a one-to-one discussion between the counselor and the client. The two form a therapeutic relationship that promotes trust and personal growth. Individual counseling focuses on the client’s immediate or near future concerns.
Couples Counseling
Couples counseling is available to clients regardless of marital status. The focus of therapy is helping the couple resolve the issues that have led to the relationship discord, improve healthy communication, and gain tools for dealing with problems that may arise in the future.
Suboxone Counseling
Most physicians who prescribe Suboxone for medication-assisted treatment (MAT) require that clients participate in group or individual counseling as part of a comprehensive treatment program. I will work with you and your physician to ensure that you remain compliant with the counseling requirements. Your physician will be provided with documentation of participation and compliance with treatment. Note: It is your responsibility to speak with your doctor regarding the frequency required by your provider.
EMDR Therapy
EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) is a form of trauma therapy. It enables people to heal from the symptoms and emotional distress caused by disturbing life experiences. Multiple studies show that EMDR allows people to experience the benefits of counseling more rapidly.
