Chef Fernando is truly a delight to work with. Not only a very talented chef, but as a person exceptional. He listened to what I wanted to have for my daughter’s graduation dinner party and worked with me on ideas he had for the menu, I was a little anxious before meeting him, but immediately after chatting with him I felt at ease.
