The Coach Eatery gets its roots from the Dominican Republic. The we founder and owners of the company are the 1st generations born here in the United States of America. Growing up in the heights of New Your City many of the food and restaurant were Dominican which he soon came to miss once he went off to the military.

What’s your signature dish?
Our signature dish is the Chimi Burger made with e season pork patty served with shredded cabbage, red onions, tomato's and Milli's salsa rosa on ciabatta bun.
How do you go about creating the perfect menu for your clients?
When creating a menu for our clients we make sure to listen to their vision on how they want their food presented. Then we use the best ingredients to make sure the best flavor.
What do you love most about your job?
After getting out of the military I enjoy seeing people enjoy the simple things in life.
What inspired you to start your own business?
During the pandemic many restaurants found it hard to adapt to the new situation. I came up with a fully self sustained kitchen with then ability to completely run off grid.
Why should our clients choose you?
If you want to shock your guest with something that they have never seen before we have that shock factor. Our mobile units will shock everyone.

We have a premade menu that clients can go only and order from. There is no need to speak with anyone. We will prepare your food, you drive up, we hand it to you and enjoy.
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
We make sure that all of our employees are vaccinated, and PPE are being worn during all meal preparations.

Our clients have the option of renting out truck for the day for their event where we can create a menu designed for your event or we can produce the food from our premade menu
Food Catering
We can cater food for any event using our style of cuisine from our premade menu or on designed for you.
