The Bristol Hotel

I stayed here two nights recently to catch up with a contact from 9 yrs ago. Super impressed from the moment I walked in. An old historic infrastructure with modern 4 star flair . Rooftop bar provides great food and drink with a view overlooking the "Bristol "Nice Place to Live" sign, staff was super friendly even for the normal Southern Hospitality standards. I didn't get a chance to eat in the restaurant on the ground level, but the menu looked close to fine dining and presented the same. The room was clean, modern, and had a great decor complete- fitness center had new video enabled machines, modern thermostat, big high def TV, real brick wall accent, double tile shower with rain shower head. Ashley was our server on the rooftop two consecutive nights. This is one of the best employees for customer experience I've ever met. I'm a picky eater and was craving a grilled cheese. She called the kitchen and made it happen. Ashley is one of the reasons I will always stay here, if they have availability. Hehe. Don't take my word for it. Here are some pics. I am staying at the hotel and when I went to the front desk to locate a Lyft or cab I was informed there wasn’t any available. Sallie at the front desk then drove me to the Pinnacle and dropped me off. She was so kind and went above and beyond good customer service! More...

We absolutely LOVED The Bristol Hotel! Awesome group of people there to assist you in any way, they were kind, helpful and so friendly! The modern decor was like no other hotel we have stayed in. It was beautiful and luxurious! The room was great! It was spacious yet cozy and the little extras like coffee, and bathroom necessities and robes really made us feel special. We didn't get to visit Lumac or Vivian's Table but hope to do that upon return. The only thing disappointing was that we couldn't stay longer! More...

By far the best place to stay in Bristol. The staff are so friendly, courteous and helpful. It is the perfect location for access to Main St ! The building itself has so much charm, the rooms are spacious and just so elegant and cozy. The bar on the rooftop adds to the charm with a night view of the city with plenty of comfortable seating with and the fires to keep you warm. Beautiful room with luxury bath products. Luxurious Shower and Bath Robes. Comfortable bed with high quality bedding. The rooftop is amazing. Romantic atmosphere delicious food and Alex took excellent care of us. She was a delight to talk! The valet working that evening was incredible! Held the door open for us & made us feel very welcome. The only concern we had was when we walked into the hotel we were not greeted even after being seen. We were not even sure where to go to check in. We came by last night with family because one of my closest friends is getting married there in a month. Your staff member Matt was beyond courteous. He was able to give us access to an empty room that would be available in our block of rooms to view as well as show us the rooms in which her wedding & reception will be taking place. He even went as far as to tell us the differences with each room type. We found our way to the rooftop bar That was my favorite. The views are stunning. This place is so eclectic & there is no detail not thought of or coyld be unnoticed here. The place is prestine & gorgeous. I'm so excited for our friends wedding as well as staying with you all for the night. The bathrooms & beds look amazing!!! Whoever was in charge of decor is so talented. So so excited!! We stayed for the first time at The Bristol Hotel this past weekend for the 2019 Rhythm & Roots Reunion. Our weekend took a turn for the worse when my husband became seriously & suddenly ill Saturday afternoon and we had to rush him to the ER. From the front desk to every valet who hauled me back & forth to the off-site parking (due to the festival) via golf cart multiple times a day for 3 days, everyone was helpful and accommodating. The Assistant General Manager Cody said "just keep me posted and we will make sure you all are taken care of!" He alerted other front desk staff and ensured I didn't have to change rooms and had a great rate for the extra night I ended up having to stay beyond our reservation. There are lots of nice hotels, but when you have staff that really care and put your needs above all else - that means more than a lot of pillows and some nice wine glasses (they have those too). I cannot recommend this hotel enough. See you next year. More...

I grew up spending time in Executive Plaza before the building became The Bristol Hotel. We stayed in a room that was once my Dad's conference room! They've done a great job of preserving the history of the building while adding modern amenities. The janitor, Al, used to give my sister and I rides on the service elevator for fun. The elevator is now on display near check-in. This was the perfect place to stay during Rhythm & Roots, and we will be back! We loved listening to the surrounding sounds of the bands from the rooftop bar, getting a bite from their late night menu, and enjoying dinner downstairs at Vivian's. The staff was friendly, accommodating, and on top of it. From the bartenders to security, we felt very taken care of during our entire stay. More...

So Beautiful!! Highend everything! Great bedding, nice towels. Very stylish decor. Beautiful view! Had a nice breakfast in restaurant. Nice rooftop bar. The staff is so pleasant Michael checked us in, he was so nice. Kim in the restaurant was a sweetheart. Stayed here for 2 nights as we are dropping off our son at King University. I will be back when I come visit him. This will be my go to Hotel. Love it!!!! Xo More...

The Bristol Hotel was the site of our high school class reunion. I highly recommend their venue and staff for any event! Chrystal and Jeb were a delight to work with in the planning process, accommodating our ideas while making excellent suggestions. The night of the event exceeded our expectations with delicious, ample food and a staff that was helpful and friendly. Classmates also raved about the well-appointed rooms. Jannette and Emily provided excellent service, and the front desk staff went over and beyond. I highly recommend The Bristol for events or for a quality dining or hotel experience! More...

Loved our stay here. The restaurant was on point. The roof top bar was lovely. But what really makes this place hum, other than the brilliant decor and playlist, is definitely the staff. Hands down. I would like to pay special mention to exceptional people who made the trip so great. Sally and Cody at the front desk so friendly and helpful. Sally loves her job and it shows. Johnny out front, super, super nice guy. Not just a valet, man of many hats. Lastly, Lee. Exceptional restaurant/food/beverage manager. He is above and beyond to his customers. Everyone who we encountered truly cares about their jobs and the hotel. Congrats on the Travel & Leisure ranking. It’s well earned and deserved. Thanks for such a fun stay.
