I used Tenaciti for personal training 2x/week for 2 months, and they were fantastic! I saw Ted and George, different styles of training but always great, intense workouts. You can have a dedicated trainer but with their network, there's always a substitute available if you run into a scheduling conflict, so they're very flexible with your busy schedule. Especially appreciated the ability to meet in my local park for outdoor training during the pandemic. I was pretty brand new to fitness and they helped me get on my feet. I see other gyms hire a type of a trainer. Our trainers are highly educated and talented, but have different personalities and styles. we have a trainer for everyone.
