These people are frauds, they stole my money and provided the worst service I've ever experienced in my life. Quoted me a price with labor and parts, 300, they then did research, took two weeks, and the day they were to come back and fix my tv they stated that issue is not what originally discussed and the cost of the part is now 600. ..really...they basically came to my house stole 150 dollars without saying thank you... Gave me an estimate for $325 to do the job after they finished they told me it would be $645!! "Because estimates change" the only difference between the estimate and the work was 3 extension cords that they told me were $20 each. I was expecting $400 and after I called Mr ed and told him that he dropped it down to $550, still well over the estimate. Not to mention they came unprepared and had to leave them come back almost 3 hours later!! DO NOT use these guys they will give you a low estimate and the price gouge after the work is done!! More...

What inspired you to start your own business?
I worked with Computers while in the U.S. Air Force and decided to go into I.T. after leaving the Air Force. Then I decided to start and run my own Business. One of my Customers needed PC Monitors Repaired, I noticed Repairing TV's was the same as Monitors. Then I realized most of my Customers want their TV Mounted on the Wall, so we started doing that too.
